Our Company under the name "Charalambidou Aikaterini" and the distinctive title "wedo.insure" which is based in Athens, 13 Trigonion street Kantza 15351, and maintains a branch at 71 Athens Ave. 10173, with VAT number 047508197 of the Pallini Tax Office, with No. G.M.I. 133925803000, contact number 2103410058, is an insurance agency company registered in the registers of Insurance Agents of the Athens Chamber of Commerce with Special Registration Number 5219.

Company, in the above capacities, is supervised by the Directorate of Private Insurance
Supervision (DEIA) of the Bank of Greece.
Counseling
Our company provides advice to each prospective client and identifies his requirements and needs, based on the information provided by the client himself. Our company takes care that the proposed insurance product and each proposed insurance contract meet the
requirements and needs of the customer. For this reason, the characteristics of the
insurance product are explained to the customer in an objective and understandable way,
allowing him to choose an insurance product and decide on the conclusion of the insurance contract, after having been adequately informed about the insurance coverages and the rights and obligations of both sides. In the event that our company provides the customer with advice on a specific insurance product or specific insurance contract, it is necessary to explain to the customer the reasons why the proposed product better meets his requirements and needs by explaining the terms, rights and obligations of the customer and ensuring that the information received by the customer is timely, complete, correct, adequate and appropriate. Our company also points out to the customer the consequences of early termination or cancellation or redemption of his insurance policy, as well as any exclusion from insurance coverage, and informs him of his obligation to advance the premium and of the consequences of non-timely payment of the premium due. Finally, our company informs the customer about the rights of objection, withdrawal and termination of his contract and provides him with the relevant forms.
Cooperating Insurance Companies
Our company in its capacity as an Insurance Agent carries out insurance mediation services acting on behalf of and in the name of insurance companies with which we have indirect or direct cooperation. We distribute the products of more – and not just one – insurance companies. No insurance company takes full responsibility for our company’s activity.

Remuneration – Collection of Insurance Premiums
The remuneration of the company consists of a commission, which is included in the
premium. We are paid exclusively by the cooperating insurance companies. We have the
right to collect premiums for the Automotive sector and for any insurance companies that

allow us to do so. In all other cases the premiums are paid directly by the customer to the
insurance undertaking.
Insurance Sectors
Our company is active in all insurance sectors (against non-life, against life) and mediates in all products provided by cooperating insurance companies. Our company is allowed to
promote insurance-based investment products to all insurance companies with which we
have indirect or direct cooperation. Other Information of article 29 of law 4583/2018. Our
company does not hold any direct or indirect participation in an insurance company that
reaches or exceeds ten percent (10%) of its voting rights or capital. No insurance company or mother insurance company holds any direct or indirect holding which amounts to or exceeds ten per cent (10%) of the voting rights or capital of our company.
Other disclosures to the client
Insured persons, policyholders, beneficiaries and other interested parties may file a
complaint against the insurance intermediary with the Directorate of Private Insurance
Supervision (DEIA- Bankofgreece Information), for acts or omissions that constitute a
violation of the applicable legislation on insurance mediation, as well as for acts contrary to honest commercial practices, which are contrary to public order and in particular for acts or omissions that can be attributed to the insurance intermediary. The relevant sanctions provided for in Law 4583/18 are imposed following an investigation by the Directorate of Private Insurance Supervision (DEIA) and a hearing of the alleged insurance intermediary, both for their merits and for the adequacy of the explanations by the intermediary. The Directorate of Private Insurance Supervision (DEIA) provides within a reasonable time a reasoned reply to the complainant. Finally, if the parties involved accept it, the Directorate of Private Insurance Supervision (DEIA) may refer the dispute to the Consumer Ombudsman (Law 3297 / 23-12-2004) without limiting the out-of-court settlement of the dispute before other judicial bodies.
